We have taken a yearly family trip w/grandparents & great grandparents to Fort Walton for 8 years now. We always have used Resort Quest to rent from. This year was no different and we were very excited to stay in a brand new resort with so many amenities. First let me say "The Condo was Beautiful"! The bedrooms were a little small but the view and amenities more than made up for the size. The only problems we had was with Resort Quest. The condo was not cleaned properly or stocked with enough supplies for a large family (ex: 2 small pots & 1 omlet sized pan was all they had)and no covers for the sleeper sofa. One of the guest beds (still dirty sheets) was not even made. The view was absolutely beautiful however, we had to clean our own windows so that we could see out enough to enjoy the view. Overall the resort was spectacular but using Resort Quest to rent the unit from has not been so great the last couple of years. We would definitely stay at Waterscape again but would use a different rental company.

We stayed here a full week and had a nice relaxing time. Condo was right on the beach with a great view. Water areas great! Need more supervision in lazy river tho-too many walkers and kids using as a pool. View/balconies, MB and living space were great! Covered garage easy. Movie rental a plus. We stayed in a 3 BR/3.5 BA condo. 1 BR had only twin and trundle bed that was very tight once bed opened up. Bunk area was disappointing-No door and no fan for air circulation. Would definitely like to see grill for room service orders like Sundestin has.
I went to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico several years ago and was intrigued by the large pools and activities that made you want to spend most of your time at the resort. It made me wonder why there were not resorts like this in Florida. Well I came across the closest thing to it in finally. Waterscape is definitely the best place my family has stayed at in Florida. We loved all of the things the resort offered, such as large pool areas with specific areas for small children, the lazy river, and nice grills spread throughout the pool area. There were planned activities each night we were there. We stayed in the beach front 3 bedroom condo and the balcony wrapped around and you had access from three different rooms. I would definitely recommend this place above any other if you want to be entertained in one location.
