Summer Place Condos are Great! We have looked up and down Okaloosa Island and haven't been able to find a better deal for what you get! No onsite restaurant or bar but It's 2 oceanfront walk-in temperature pools (even in mid-September) with short beach walkover and free daily beach service is fantastic and the short walk to the Pier, Gulfarium, and area restaurants was great. The location was very quiet and the beach was very private. The building is well maintained and has a fitness facility, elevators, grills and ample onsite parking. All condos have an incredible direct oceanfront and pool view spacious balconies as close to the beach as you can get and the units are perfect size with ensuites and individual laundry room and full kitchens.Well, worth the money-and reasonably priced at that! Highly recommend-and I have been to alot of oceanfront condos and am picky.

Very nice being on the ground floor with a family... no elevators, and if you want a dip in the pool, walk through the rear door and you're there! Very pleasant setup with realtor and very accomodating with accepting a last minute reservation. Would definately stay again!

This was a wonderful condo and the people were so nice to deal with. The location and ease to beach and pool was the best and I have rented many properties in Destin. Destin is my favorite vacation spot, and this was my favorite rental. Would highly recommend.
