Okaloosa Island and Summer Place are a fabulous vacation destination! Loved the location and the fact that the buildings can only be 6 stories high. We waited all week to see dolphins and finally saw them on the last day! We will be back!

The room was very nice. It was clean and well furnished. The pool and grounds were well kept and the access to the beach was very convenient.
The one thing that could use some work were the elevators. The lights were going out and the fans sounded horrible. Made you question the soundness of the elevator itself. -

Area had lots of things to do and wasn't overly crowded. Beach at times had too much seaweed which made for bad ocean fun but the pools were a great alternative. Apartment did seem a bit cramped and needed some updating but was clean and well stocked.
