This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath is located on the 4th floor and boasts spectacular views of the pools and beach from the spacious gulf front balcony. This condo features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TV's, WIFI, DVD, VCR, and stereo. Master bath has seperate soaking tub and walk-in shower. This unit sleeps 8 with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in the guest bedroom. This unit rents Saturday to Saturday June-August.

We stayed at Summerplace 403 March 29-April5, 2013. The weather was awesome and the condo complex was too!! Our rental agent Legacy Vacations was one of the best I have ever worked with, they were so accomodating and friendly. My only suggestions for the condo is new appliances and carpet in the master bedroom. It was a great size and very clean but the appliances were old, the ice maker did not work and the faucet was coming apart in the kitchen. Master carpet was not horrible, but did need to be replaced. Would stay there again. Absolutely the most convenient place to stay for restaurants, pool, and beach accessability.

Condo was very nice, but would be a lot better if newer kitchen appliances were added to match the nice granite countertops (refg & dishwasher are old and not very appealing). Other than that, the condo was great. Very clean and kids loved the pools.

Condo was very clean, nicely furnished, great view and access to the beach was very convenient. I really liked the free chair rentals for the days of our stay.

Summer Place is smaller than alot of condos but it also has fewer people and gives you more space to stretch out and enjoy the beach. The rooms were nice, slightly dated but who is going to spend much time in their rooms. Pools are large and never crowded. Only one hot tub but it was generally not crowded either. I would go back to this condo and I would recommend it.
