This was the nicest and cleanest place that we have ever stayed! We took three families with us on our vacation and we still had plenty of space and each of us got our own room. We will definitely go back and stay here!!! Highly recommend Summer Place #602!!!

The condo was very large, clean and exceeded our expectations. The builiding and pool were great, and you coudln't beat the beach. Sugar White sand and aqua blue water. Great family trip.

This was the second time we have used this condo. We came back to this one because of the views. We needed something with a elevator because my mom came with us. The condo was very clean and the beds are comfortable.
We will be sure to use this again. Sally was so helpful to us in planning. It's a great location and easy to get around. We had a wonderful time! -

Would stay at this same place again. Hard to find a 3 bedroom with three baths that doesn't have bunk beds or twin beds for the third bedroom. This one did and it was great, enough room for everyone to be comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay and love Fort Walton/Oakaloosa Island. Our plans are to, when possible, to see about purchasing a condo in Summer Place.
