Tuscany apartment rentals in Forte dei Marmi on one of the most exclusive seaside town in Italy. Forte dei Marmi, the beautiful Tuscan seaside town in Lucca offers relaxing and invigorating holidays by the beach. Apartment Forte dei Marmi is one such lovely property in Tuscany that is situated close to the beach at a distance of 700 metres. This holiday apartment is also close to the shopping centre. Having its own private entrance via a marble stairway, this first floor apartment is large and airy, with a closed terrace that is an ideal spot with a big table for dining. It also offers a splendid view of the surrounding garden. There is an en...try point in the apartment which leads to three bedrooms, accommodating a total of six persons. One bedroom is a big double one, the second is a twin bedroom and the third room has two bunk beds. There are two bathrooms; one has a bath tub and the other has a shower. There is a living room with a sofa and a TV and a six seater dining room opening to the terrace. The kitchen is roomy and comfortable, well equipped with a stove and an oven. A fridge/ freezer, a coffee maker and a dishwasher make up the rest of the kitchen which also opens out into the terrace. Other facilities include a washing machine, 2 bikes and baby beds on request. The private garden with well trimmed hedges offers a nice place to relax in; when away from the beach which is really close by. The shopping centre, restaurants, many of them famous for their seafood specialties, boutiques, discotheques and bars are easily accessible from the property. In fact Forte dei Marmi is an ideal spot to enjoy night life in Tuscany. The apartment is located close to many towns and cities and Lucca is just about fifteen minutes away. Other close by attractions include Pietra Santa famous for art and sculpture, Sarzana, a town famous for its antique markets, and of course the more renowned cities and towns including Viareggio and Cinque Terre. The Apennine Mountain, a Natural park near the Torre del Lagos Lake, the inspiring place for Puccini are also nearby. Golf courses, tennis courts and sailing are added attractions for the sport minded in Versilia.
