Villa Mariano is located in Forte dei Marmi, one of the most exclusive and renowned resort area located in Tuscany. The villa offers 5 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, 6 bathrooms with shower, lovely garden and swimming pool. Ground Floor: Main Entrance, Biblioteque with satellite TV, a dining room with table for 12, a guest bathroom with shower. On this floor there is kitchen with all necessary appliances, hob with 8 fires, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer, iron and board, 2 ovens and a microwave oven. The large living room with French door and windows open onto the garden. There are two double bedrooms with queen si...zed beds and a single bedroom, all with en suite bathroom. First floor: Three double bedrooms with queen size bed. One with en suite bathroom and the other two share a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are provided with air - conditioning. Garden: 4000 mq of garden with large swimming pool of 16 x 6 metres. There is a covered area with table and chairs, sun beds and long chairs. There is also a gazebo with round table and lazy susan. Staff: A couple lives in an independent annex of property for general maintenance of the house, daily cleanings of the house, garden and pool maintenance and preparation of breakfast. Time is from 9.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m and from 5.30 p.m to 9.30 p.m (approximatively) from Monday to Saturday. Included in the price are: Gas, electricity, one change linen and towel two times per week (on Tuesday and Saturday) and welcome dinner. \"Grocery shopping\" service is provided on request.
