Villa Francesco is a welcoming and charming villa located in Ronchi a residential area near Forte dei Marmi (4 km.) and it is only 700 m. to the seaside. It enjoys a peaceful privacy thanks to its location and to its beautiful 10.000 sq. m. flat garden.

The Villa is located in one of the most popular spot of the Tyrrhenian sea, Versilia. A cool area famous for many actors, professional athletes, diplomats, businessmen and other VIPs who spent their holidays there. The food of the region is characterized by fresh seafoods, plenty of olive oil and some fine local wines. The spectacular Cinque Terre, the stylish Portofino or the historical... Lucca are easy to reach within an hour so they are perfect destinations for daily excursions.

Not only is there a lot to do in town or activities on the beach. The architecture of Forte dei Marmi is striking with a statue from the 16th century made of marble from the Apuan Alps and fortress built by King Leopold I located in the center of Piazza Garibaldi.

Villa Francesco is surrounded by a lush garden with flowers, plants, pine trees, a flowering jasmine and a very wide lawn. It is the ideal location to spend a long or a weekly stay both for the peaceful location and for the entertainments of surrounding.

The estate is made up of 2 villas: a main villa and a cottage. The main villa has 4 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin, 1 single + 3 bathrooms) on one floor, the Cottage has 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin). The main villa is beside the cottage (20 m. fall apart).

The main VIlla includes a patio at the entrance furnished with chairs and tables, where you can have al fresco dinners, a spacious entrance opens into a wide open space that consit of a comfortable living room, and through an arch to a dining area. Here you will find a dining table for 10/12 people.

The living room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, tv and hifi and classic style furniture. The living and dining rooms have access to the patio and are really well lit. Next to the living room there is the kitchen: it is fully equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher and electric oven. To the right of the kitchen is a study/library with a single bed and wooden furniture in a navy style. This room has an ensuite bathroom.

A corridor give access to the bedrooms, along it you will find a double and a twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with bathtub and the master bedroom with its own private bathroom with shower.

The cottage: at only 20 m. to the main house you'll find a cozy and new dependance. It is based on two levels. On the ground floors we have a wellcoming living room with sofa a small kitchenette.
