Why settle for a motel room or a condo or a townhouse if you can have a whole house (with pool) to yourself and your family? This stunning 4 bedroom 2/1/2 bath 2 story house borders on a wildlife canal and conservation area . Yet it is sequested within the High Grove Resort that features a clubhouse that features a large heated pool, a hot tub, an exercise facility, an electronic game room and pool table. This home features a spacious master bedroom suite with a king size bed and a 32' LCD TV. The second master bedroom features another king size bed and a 32' LCD TV. The other two bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and an 32' LCD TV. The living room features a 50' HD LCD TV w/ Blu-Ray DVD player. Unit includes free local and US telephone calling and free wifi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and bath towels are provided. Has a beautiful 12' x 30' private pool that faces the wildlife canal and conservation area. This is a perfect place to relax after a day at the parks.

Unwind after a day at the parks and relax in the full size private swimming with its screened lanai and eating area while watching the sun go down over the canal and wilderness area while sand hill cranes and other water birds feed at the waters edge. Or spend some time in the garage game room playing air hockey, pool, foosball, darts, or table tennis. A new stronger air-conditioner was installed recently, after feedback from guests, to make sure the guests can cool down after a long day.

High Grove - Clermont, Florida is an upscale gated community located just 6 miles from Walt Disney World. This luxury resort sits nestled just outside of Orlando, Florida and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. During your stay you will enjoy this well appointed home that has been designed and decorated to provide you and your family an abundance of luxury amenities and leaves you well equipped to vacation with all the usual items you would expect to find at home. High Grove Resort is only a 30 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport, and is situated central to all if Orlando's famous attractions. The resorts amenities include gated community, swimming pool, Jacuzzi fitness room, business center, children's playground, guest lounge and game room. This spacious 4 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group of up to 8 people.

The community Clubhouse has two Pools, Jacuzzi, a large game room with full size pool table, fitness center, access to the internet, printer and fax and a library of DVDs and books to borrow, concierge services, complimentary coffee and tea services and much more. It is open and manned from 8 am to 8 pm daily. If you require a shuttle service either to the attractions or the airport this can be arranged at the reception area too. The clubhouse offers a luggage storage service for guests who have to check out early but have a later flight.

NB: Pool heating is not included in the quote, unless requested by the guest, additional fees apply. We offer a professional BBQ service where the BBQ is delivered, picked up and cleaned, this is not included in the quote unless requested by the guest.

“Great villa with everything you need!”

We had a wonderful two week stay here. Everything was provided and the pool was lovely with the view of the lake - perfect for sundowners :). We were very close to the US 192 so all the restaurants and shopping was on our doorstep and the parks were a short drive away. We will be back!
