Just a short walk from the shore of the most famous Loch in the world - Loch Ness, Riverside Cottage provides a comfortable and idyllic base for a self catering holiday in the beautiful Scottish Highlands. Riverside Cottage has 3 good sized bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people plus a baby/toddler. Spacious lounge with wood burning stove, colour TV, freeview, DVD player and a selection of books and games - the perfect haven for a cosy night in!. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

Riverside Cottage is located on a quiet road on the edge of the village of Foyers. Foyers is located on the unspoilt south east shore of Loch Ness, approximately 16 miles from Fort Augustus and 18 miles from Inverness. Inverness airport is approximately 20 miles away, and there are train stations in both Inverness and Aviemore.
There are delightful footpath walks form the cottage to the shore of Loch Ness, or via the forest and riverside trail to the famous Falls of Foyers, quite spectacular when the river is in spate. Shop/Post Office, fantstic new childerns playground, restaurants and bars are within easy ambling distance. Fishermen can enjoy free river fishing and Loch fishin in the area for brown trout. The ski areas of the Cairngorms and the Nevis Range are only a hours drive away and definitely a must for all snow lovers.

2 pets are welcome free of charge. Additional pets will be charged at £10 per pet per week.
£50 good housekeeping deposit is payable. This will be refunded after your stay as long as the property is left in the clean and tody condition in which you found it and there are no damages, losses or breakages.
