This two storey apartment is set in the canalside village of Frampton on Severn in Gloucestershire and can sleep six people in two bedrooms. Wards Court 2 is a two storey apartment in the Gloucestershire canalside village of Frampton on Severn. With two bedrooms (one double and one family room with a double bed and two singles) and a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to six people. Also within the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is a shared garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ and roadside parking. With its neighbouring cottage, Wards Court 2 can sleep up to eight people whi...ch make it an ideal destination far larger groups.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, use of washing machine/tumble dryer available on request and situated on the ground floor, TV/DVD, stereo/CD, books/games/DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking available outside the property or adjacent to the village green. Terrace. Shared garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: The owner runs Jacqueline's Restaurant next door, open five days a week for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The owner is able to prepare evening meals for guests by prior arrangement, and a separate dining room is available for guests wishing to enjoy a private celebration.

Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Town: Frampton on Severn is mentioned in the Domesday Book and offers architecture spanning from Cruck cottages to Tudor and Georgian houses. The designated conservation area around the village green and the Severn estuary are a delight for wildlife enthusiasts, whilst the Gloucester and Sharpness canal offers coarse fishing, boat hire, and many walks and cycle routes. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  I believe we were in Wards Court 1.
  We were in Wards Court 2 earlier in the year because some of the family came to stay for a short while.
  That must tell you how much we liked the place to back again.
  The home is very well equiped and very comfortable.
  With a restaurant on the ground floor run by the owner with excellent food and a pub 2 doors away - need I say more!
  It was agreat base for walking - our passion.
  Mrs Phillips, the owner, is a gem, very kind and attentive.
  There was nothing to dislike about the holiday.
  In fact we shall probably go back again next year.
