Cute, charming, and picturesque, you'll find this holiday accommodation in the heart of the medieval village of Cabrieres. Just steps from all the local shops where you and your family can pick up fresh produce and unique souvenirs, this house in Provence is the perfect setting for a memorable trip, especially since all of the region's great towns are within day trip distance! After you're done exploring the nearby towns of Gordes and Bonnieux, come back home to this Provence house and swim under the stars in your private swimming pool.

[4,000 sq ft] Although located in the village of Cabrieres, this stone house is situated in a quiet a...nd serene position. It is surrounded by gardens featuring cypress trees, olive trees, lavender, and many other different flowers. There is a terrace, which is furnished with chairs that looks out to the private swimming pool [8m x 4m].

Ground floor: There is a living room with couches, a fireplace, and satellite TV, as well as a loft above with a sitting area. The dining room has a table with chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

First floor: There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed [which is comfortable for one and cozy for two] and the second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower.

Mezzanine: The mezzanine is separated by a curtain and has two 90 cm single beds.

The property is located in the village of Cabrieres d'Avignon and is 200 meters from shops, restaurants, and markets. Cabrieres is a pleasant village great for leisurely strolls where you're sure to pass ancient houses dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries. On your walk you'll also see the Wall of Plague, which was built to protect the people from the Comtat of the Big Plague of Marseille of 1720. A short drive from the house will take you to Gordes, a hilltop village that was a stronghold of resistance during WWII. Though much of the village was destroyed, its inhabitants have carefully restored each item to its former glory. Today, it is one of the most popular villages in Provence, with a wonderful castle, arcaded streets, museums, and musical concerts. Of course there are also all the necessary shops, as well as some delicious restaurants! A train station is located in Avignon should you want to travel a bit further without having to worry about driving.

  Maison Starlette was fantastic! It was just as good as the pictures, if not better.
  
  It was clean, charming and well-appointed. The village is absolutely
  fantastic! And the kids could walk to the boulangerie every morning for our breakfast. The owner was kind as could be although he spoke no English.
  
  It was well-located, making it easy to travel to all kinds of great day trips.
