Lowell, MAOk, but TV wasn't working
Left on 09/28/2012 for a stay in July 2012
We were very happy with it at the very beginning. However, TV didn't work and for the couple of rainy days we had, we couldn't figure out whether that was or not a major storm. Plus, during those rainy days it would have been easier specially for kids to have some TV time.

Our apology also comes with our regret that this group of guests experienced the troubles with the television, though after check-out it was determined that the chalet had experienced a lightning strike at some point in time which damaged not only the television but also the cable receiver box that supports it. Where this issue was caused by an act and fault of nature, we were unable to process the refund that was requested. However, the owner has installed a New TV, and everything is now back to 100%. At the request of the owners of the chalet, if these guests choose to return in the future they will receive a wonderful discount, for we realize, missed expectations are rarely enjoyed.
