FRNKLIN, TN. This cabin and 22 acres all for your family to enjoy exclusively, no other guest there except you, your family and friends. Located in the quaint historic Village of Leipers Fork on 22.00 private acres, 8 miles south of Historic Franklin, TN. The Cabin and property has it all, 2 large Flat Screen (42 in TV's) with DVD's and a book of 200 Movies to choose from. There are so many things to do outside...

Private lake, A Cedar and Twig Pavilion overlooking the Lake, It's wonderful Place for a Romantic Weekend or Getaway! So many features to list and only 1.8 miles from the center of Historic Leipers Fork. Shop, Relax..., Read, Talk, Think, Day Dream, Write, Sing, Nap, Do Nothing, Play Games, Hike, Bike, Cook, Eat Out, Wish For RAIN under the Tin Roof, Invite your Friends to come for a Vist. Use your imagination to the fullest!!! You will not be disapointed.

The cabin is approx. 1500 SF of nothing but Comfort and Elegance.

A Beautiful Hugh Freplace inside the Cabin as well as Two Fire Pits outside. A Dutch Door is in the kitchen waiting to be opened to the fresh air. A large Soaking Tub is in the upstairs Master Bath. There is a Massive Kingsize Comfortable Bed and a Twin Bed in the Master Suite and Private Bath with Washer and Dryer also located in the Master Suite. There is WiFi, and a small office with Computer and Printer. Two Porch Swings with Fluffy Pillows. There is so much to Enjoy you'll wish you didn't have to EVER Leave as everything you need it right here.

The downstairs has a double bed with Private Bath that has a Shower. Dining Room table that seats 8. The Living Room area has a very Comfortable Sofa and Two Large Chairs. Random Width Heart Pine Floors with very nice rugs throughout. Bead Board everywhere. Custom Draperies, Fabulous Art Work. All the kitchen items necessary to prepare meals if you choose. Out guests are always satisfied and want to come back time after time and you will too.

There is a one time cleaning fee of $125.00 an a Non Refundable Pet Deposit of $100.00 Per Pet. Rates are Thursday thru Sunday $350.00 and Monday thru Wednesday $335.00, Holiday rates during ANY holiday is $400.00 every day of your stay. Additionl guest over two is $35.00 per night per person. Max # of persons is 6, this is truly wonderful experience. Perfect for two couples or mother father two children and grandparents! This is a perfect family getaway and you will not be disappointed.

  We expected it to be amazing from photos & Very, Very ,Happy to find it better than photos.upon arrival my son's first words were OMG mom!!! from the moment you enter ,you are constantlly suprised by all the little details & amenities you find & immediatelly feel at home(a extra fabulous home).luxury bath products (anything you could possibly ever need) to luxury linens, antiques,massive dvd collection,Free Breakfast at popular local cafe in Lieper's Fork,a quaint & very friendly town about 5 mins away.
  When we arrived ann called to apologize for not meeting us there due to her recent surgery ,& during our stay She or her assistant checked on us numerous times by phone to make sure ,we had all our needs met & or had any questions .The fridge was stocked with everything from sodas to premium beer to pizza & there was even popcorn in kitchen,specialty coffee's& teas & every spice or baking supply ,you could imagine.
  The grounds are amazing with ponds ,beautiful gardens ,a pavilion with a million dollar view &a; relaxing slate area with fire place & even porch swings .at night with all the twinkle lights & outdoor lighting ,it become even more magical & romantic(firewood is provided)
  I could go on& on ,we loved it so ,but you need to experience it for yourself,We will be returning as soon as we can arrange it

  We truly can't imagine a more perfect little, southern spot!

  We were originally looking to have our wedding/reception in Leiper’s Fork, but couldn't find the perfect spot! With the help of a few local shop owners, we were able to track down and meet Ann, at which point she told us where Moonshine Hill was and we went to look around... perfect!!! It was around late February, so there were no leaves, no grass, no flowers and obviously no warmth... However, we could tell there was something else special about Moonshine Hill. We prayed about it, waited a week and the decision was easy.

  After a few extra visits to Moonshine Hill, a personal weekend for my fiancee at “the hill” and a few emails between Ann and myself, we had our rehearsal dinner, our wedding and our reception at Moonshine Hill and I can’t even begin to tell you what a glorious weekend it was!! Not only that, but my bride’s family is from out of town and they were able to stay with her at Moonshine Hill throughout the entire process, which was simply an added bonus for everyone!
  
  We wanted a simple, beautiful, southern, outdoors wedding surrounded by God’s creation and we got more than what we ever expected! My wife and I have frequently recommended and will continue to recommend Moonshine Hill to anyone and everyone who has a curiosity about it specifically, or simply is looking for somewhere sweet to get away.
  
  Believe me, if we had it to do all over again, WE WOULD NOT CHANGE A THING!
