Just a short drive North of downtown Franklin you will find our beautiful home located within a gated mountain community. It is a 2 story house with main living areas on the top floor, and a fully finished basement below. Both floors have large partially covered decks with plenty of outdoor seating so you can enjoy the fantastic view.
The inside includes a large living/dining area with a stone fireplace and a fully equipped galley-type kitchen. The lower floor features a full family room with a large wood-burning stove. Located in a gated mountain community with a private lake for swimming and sunning, hiking trails and waterfalls. Plenty of roads to use for walking, mountain biking etc. Within short driving distance, there are many activities available including white water rafing,hiking, boating, gem mining, antique shopping and much, much more.
We are just 2 hours north of the Atlanta airport or about 1 hour west of the Asheville airport. We have a concrete driveway that is easy to navigate and parking for 2-3 cars. There is additional parking within walking distance.
