the only issue i had was there was no pool key in the room, and when I called nobody really cared about getting me one.

I was disappointed that the decor and furnishings were so outdated. The master bath doors were extremely hard to roll. I couldn't get them closed completely when I took a shower. The freezer was broken and the fridge did not get very cold, therefore, we had to go to the store and get ice to keep things from our cooler cold. On the flip side, it was nice after playing so hard at Grandby to relax and enjoy the view. I also appreciated that there was dishes and cooking utensils. I brought everything from home as I didn't know that would be included. It was nice getting many channels on the tv too. I also was put out by having to go all the way back into town/Winter Park to return the key when we were headed the other way.
