Description: This peaceful mountain getaway has a large kitchen/dining area, indoor hot tub, TV’s in every bedroom, and a gas fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of free wireless internet, your own washer/dryer, and a shuttle stop just a few yards away. Relax and enjoy the panoramic views of Fraser Valley and the Winter Park slopes from one of the 2 balconies.
Sleeping Arrangements: Queen Bed in the upstairs master bedroom, queen bed in the loft bedroom, a queen bed in the main level 3rd bedroom and a set of bunk beds in the 4th bedroom downstairs. Plus a queen size pullout sofa bed in the downstairs living area. Sleeps 10.

Had a wonderful time with my four boys and five grandchildren. Plenty of room for all. The decor was great and made us feel right at home. We would definitely request this townhouse next time. Being close to the stores was perfect and yet we had great views. Also, having the tubing hill and tree cutting close was very nice.
My favorite part of the house was the space.

Has plenty of room,but was still cozy & warm. My wife, two daughters & 3 grandchildren, were able to spend time together & look at views, but also had plenty of room to get out of each others hair. The property was very clean, stocked well( could use some sharp knives). the hot tub was great, most important the shades on the sky lights were great to block out midday hot sun. look foward to returning next year!!

The checking in process was great and so is the location but a lot of the things in the condo did not work and some of the things shown in the picture were not present

The four bedroom four bathroom condo was perfect for our family of 10. It was great because we all could be together and still have our own space. The kids loved having their own room with a bathroom and mini fridge. When we were at the condo they stayed in the hot tub.
We adults enjoyed the dining area with the little window table. Sitting there in the mornings drinking coffee and looking at the mountains was awesome.
The location in Fraser was perfect because we were right between Winter Park's lovely town and Sol Vista Ski area.
The only thing missing was (more snow)...we had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Needles #8 and Winter Park Lodging Company in Fraser was so accommodating to our family.
Travelling with two teenage daughters made it a challenge to find accommodations offering enough space and privacy for all of us.

Nice property, but the cleaning and over maintenance of the home is in need of tremendous attention. Toilets did not flush correctly, shower took over 30 min. to drain, several burned out light bulbs.

The townhouse was beautiful, comfy and cozy and the location worked out very well for us. The only downside would be the cleanliness, it wasn't very bad but not very good. The hot tub was in pretty bad shape. The teenagers did get in it, but not my husband and I. The water was cloudy and there was adistinct unpleasant odor not associated with chlorine. It seemed as though it was not getting serviced very often. Also, the washer and dryer did not perform well. The washer did not spin much water out of the clothing and the dryer took three cycles to get clothing dry. That said, the service was exceptional, check in was extremely easy and as always everyone in Winter Park was.and the leasing agency was friendly and helpful. We will be back again next year!
