We were more than pleased when we entered the home. With it's mix of charming/artsy/eclectic decor, we felt very cozy. We also loved that it was so very close to town. It was spotlessly clean and the owners had provided everything to make your stay comfortable. There were board games, blankets and throws, chocolates, and even a bed for our dog. It was just delightful. We enjoyed visiting the wineries and knowing that our dog was safe and comfy. The only thing that kept us from giving it 4 stars was that the bathroom was a bit tight and the claw foot tub/shower was a little awkward. Would it keep us from staying here again? Never! We loved it! Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

I have already reviewed this B&B; which I had attended in 2011. I have since in 2012 stayed at a different B*B in 2012. I had stated I would not stay at this particular B&B; again or recommend. Joan Brooks

This was a pretty house just perfect for a getaway with friends. There were breakfast foods provided, which was a great added touch. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, and had everything we needed. We had no problems with anything, except there were roaches! If that problem has been tended to, I would highly recommend.

The house was very well furnished. We loved the breakfast choices. Our son, from Huntsville, joined us and it was great having a a quiet place to visit.

This house is lovely in a nice neighborhood. We were able to take enjoyable walks with our dogs. Very nice furniture and decor. The reason for the rating...on our morning to leave, the cleaning lady showed up an hour early and asked if we could hurry up and leave as she had guest at her house and needed to get home!

We spent a relaxing weekend in Fredericksburg visiting with friends and attending a Christmas concert. Wonderful food at Rather Bakery and Cafe and lunch at the Peach Tree. Not only was our lodging more than adequate, the restful night gave us plenty of energy for exploring the city.

I loved the comfy decor and beds. I didn't care for being so close to a busy street. I did not expect the traffic noise. But over all a great experience on our first "girls' weekend" with my 12 year old daughter!
