This was our second stay at abby's...needless to say we love it...the location...the decor...it is just precious! The only thing it needs is a new mattress... Then it would be perfect!

My wife and I enjoyed a weekend at abby's. It is located one block off the main drag in a neighborhood. It was very convenient to drive from abby's straight down to the visitor's center and park our car there when we wanted to go browse in the shops or go to the Pacific (Nimitz) WW II museum or to eat at one of the restaurants. We could then drive back to eat lunch or take a nap in the middle of the day before venturing out again. It was quiet and we would stay there again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Very charming home. While we have been coming to Fredericksburg for the Wine Festival for several years, this is the smallest home we have stayed in. Very nice, just a tad smaller than we are used to. Still a nice walk to Main Street and all the action.

I have styed many times and would replace the matress with something more comfortable and replace the loveseat with another that folds out for an extra bed. When we stay sometimes I like to stay up reading and that would be helpful. Love the pool even though we don't always get to use it. Glad to see a b&b; that isn't Victorian lace!

We loved the cottage and the pool is such a treat at the end of the day but the mattress was very uncomfortable. We will be in Fredericksburg again soon and would love to stay at abby's if we knew that they had replaced the mattress.

When my husband and I drove up to abby's we were thinking about how small it looks on the outside, but once we opened the wonderful front door, it was like traveling to an island oasis. The interior has a nautical feel to it. All amenities were perfect! We wished we could have stayed there longer...

The cabin was ready, and close to shopping,restaurants and shopping. The pool was on site, which we enjoyed very much. When we arrived in town, we greeted right away at the leasing office, and was given directions to the abby's location.

I had a great time at the place. I loved staying at it and would reconmmend it to everyone who wants a romanic quite peaceful stay for a day or a week. great restraunts and music and shopping nearby. Great service with a smile and a clean and well stocked cabin. everything was perfect to relax and kick your feet up.

This little cabin is very quaint and cute. The bed (queen) however was so hard that I had to pad it with all the quilts and blankets in the place to be able to sleep. There were not enough towells or washcloths and no one came to put fresh ones in. We stayed two or three nights. The pool was wonderful and there was privacy. Overall it was a nice stay.
