Located just on the edge of town this seventy five plus year old home makes the perfect get-away for family or friends. The front yard is fenced and offers two porches with views of country life. The pasture across the street offers not only a working ranch but also wildlife and extraordinary sunsets. Many of the local people remember “the days” of dancing at Pat’s Hall, which is reopened and found just down the street. We had a girls trip with sisters, moms and cousins. There were 7 in all. The house has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths and plenty of room to spread out. 4 porches and wildlife across the street.
House was very nicely outfitted with everything you might need, except you might want to bring extra toilet paper and coffee. The amount of coffee that is left for a house accommodating 8 people is not enough. We used the coffee for a 2 night rental on the first morning and we ran out of toilet paper the 2nd night in one of the bathrooms.
Heating and a/C works great so whatever time of year you go, you will be comfortable. Just a few blocks off Main street.
This is the 3rd house we have rented from Gatehaus and have always had excellent service with them.
We will be returning! -

Nice & clean with a nice view. Positive experience with the exception the DVD player and lock on back door did not work. We had 3 couples, so place worked out well.
