Olivia’s is an early 1900’s frame house built by Herman Lewis (a builder from New York) and is located just one block north of Main Street and only a couple of blocks from Marktplatz. It is elegant yet comfortable and offers many wonderful amenities. In 1912 it sold for the first time for $1,395 and then sold again in 1922 for $4,000. Things have certainly changed. Olivia’s has been in your host’s family for 80 years. Quite impressive.
