Jasmine Manor is a great affordable vacation rental option for singles or couples. Guests can easily walk to shopping, restaurants, beach, snorkeling and amazing diving. The full kitchen allows the option of cooking "at home". Frederiksted's newly renovated waterfront is just a few blocks away to view incredible sunsets and the occasion "green flash". The 3rd Friday of each month is the free Sunset Jazz concert in Frederiksted and there is always great music to be found. Come visit and step back in time to experience the still laid back west end of St. Croix.

We stayed at Wood Cottage for four nights, and couldn't have enjoyed it more. It was like staying with a favorite cousin. Vicky called to make sure we were safe when our arrival was delayed, and fed us when we actually got there. She invited us to listen to some musicians playing in town (and staying at Jasmine Manor). She did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and fun.
Wood Cottage was perfect for us. We were traveling with a very long tandem bicycle, frequently a difficult thing to get situated on a trip. Wood Cottage has a lovely porch that was perfect. Reasonably secure, simple to get in and out, sheltered from the rain. And the location couldn't be beat. We could walk to the beach, to the Frederiksted Pier for snorkeling, to all kinds of wonderful and inexpensive restaurants.

Great location to be in for the holiday festivities. Even though all of my friends lived on the other end of the island, staying here was great; especially when the parades, jouver't and nightly events were taking place at the Village.

My husband and I stayed in the main house (the Great House) while a bunch of our closest friends/family stayed in the other villas.
This is one of the most stunning properties I have ever seen! That is why we chose this spot to, not only stay, but have our wedding and reception!
It's in the heart of downtown Frederiksted in St. Croix and has easy access to beaches, a few restaurants and small-town grocery stores.
Only negatives I can see (for some people, not us) are the distance from downtown Christiansted and other sites on-island require a rental car or expensive cab rides and an open-air experience that some would not be used to. Personally, my husband and I love the fresh air (not a/C) and do not mind street noise/island life at night. -

I had an excellent stay at Jasmine Manor in the "Upper Love" suite. The Manor was the perfect setting for an intimate wedding ceremony and reception gathering. The accommodations were very nice and the bed was quite possibly the softest I have ever slept on. I loved that Jasmine Manor was close to town, pubs and the water - I also felt safe and secure on the Manor. Finally, Vicky Pedersen was an excellent host to myself and the other guests - and I hope to stay on her property again!

We stayed in the cottage at Jasmine Manor and loved it. It's a rustic cottage with a nice porch and a full kitchen. The house is an easy 4 block walk to the beach and waterfront area. The cottage was safe, clean, quiet, and perfect for the mellow vacation that we wanted. If you are looking for a resort type of experience with tourists, tv and a/c this is not for you, but if you want to get a full flavor of the local experience, you will love it. Vicky was a super hostess- very friendly and helpful.
We are looking forward to visiting St. Croix again and would stay there again in a heartbeat. -

Just steps from downtown Frederiksted & the gorgeous sunsets at the pier. And nothing better after a day of running around to sit quietly in the cool shaded courtyard to relax & refresh in the evening !

Budget priced accommodations in Frederiksted, St. Croix, Usvi. Vicky is a wonderful hostess and her property is located in a very convenient part of town: near to the famous Frederiksted Pier and to the waterfront. Numerous restaurants and points of interest are close by.
