The Blue Heron Beach house is located on the finest sandy beach on Whidbey Island, just a short ferry ride away from Seattle, and is the perfect home base for exploring this beautiful island. You will enjoy spectacular 180 degree views of the Olympic mountains, shipping lanes and gorgeous sunsets. You will find several state parks, the charming towns of Langley, Freeland and Coupeville, quaint shops, great restaurants, lots of wildlife and miles of sandy beaches. Enjoy biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boating or just relaxing from our 400+ square foot Brazilian hardwood deck, just steps from the sugar sand beach.
There is plenty of parking and a public boat launch nearby. We also have a mooring buoy if you'd like to bring a boat.
