Oceanfront condo on a white sandy beach on Grand Bahama in a residential section but within walking distance to Port Lucaya. 4th floor condo opens to a 30' x 30' ceramic-tiled terrace overlooking the ocean and pool. Terrace great for entertaining or having a relaxing dinner, reading a book, coffee or cup of tea, soaking up the sun or sitting under the umbrella.

Grand Bahamas Freeport.
The quiet, white sanded beaches are second to none.
The area all around feels safe.
The buses run very frequently and the Bus Driver will stop anywhere you may be on the highway just by putting out your hand.
On the other hand if your rent a car.
*** Caution should be observed.
Vehicles are driven on the left hand side of the road and the locals do not take notice of Give Way signs or Stop signs!
I would recommend that it maybe a little far away but a visit to the "Garden of the Groves" is well worth a visit. Spend a day there. No need to leave as there are "food places" which will satisfy your thirst or appetite.
The Coral Beach Condos when we were there had a "trust you will leave the unit as you find it" There is no inspection.
Having made that statement the unit we had was immaculate.
The Coral Beach Bar which overlooks the magnificent white sanded beach is the place for excellent food at reasonable prices.
It is a fun place both daytime and evening.
The Proprietor will keep you laughing at his endless jokes.
From time to time there are excellent Entertainment Specials which are well advertised at the Coral Beach Bar.

Left on 02/04/2013 for a stay in January 2013
I rented the studio apartment for 10 days over the Christmas/New Year holiday for my son and his significant other. I also wanted a full kitchen, so that I could cook Christmas dinner for us and it did not disappoint. The apartment has a huge terrace with table and chairs and sun chairs overlooking the ocean and the pool. The table had an umbrella, so we could eat all our meals there, although there is an inside table.
The owner left all the amenities. I hate shopping for mustard and ketchup and even worse-salt. This owner understand that you want to spend your time in the sun having fun, so she leaves behind her condiments and more. The happy couple loved the placed and truly enjoyed it, as we all did when we visited for Christmas Brunch with a huge ham in the oven and apple pie scenting the air.
