Description

The condo is located in the sought after Lucaya area of Freeport, just a short walk from beautiful Coral Beach and only one mile from Port Lucaya Marketplace with its lively atmosphere, colourful shops and restaurants to suit every taste and pocket.

The unit consists of an entrance hall, one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ample storage, a living/dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The rooms are light and airy with ceiling fans and central air-conditioning and the kitchen is well equipped with excellent appliances, including its own washer and dryer. The living room has sliding glass doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the water! The apartment itself is newly refurbished, well equipped and a perfect home from home.

How do damage deposits work?
