This lovely 3 bed/2 bath Villa is just 2 years young. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the gorgeous open plan kitchen with magnificent views over the lawns and palm trees to the secluded beach with excellent swimming, snorkelling and kayaking. Outside dining in the screened lanai offering wonderful evening sunsets. This area ia also a first class bone fishing area with three blue holes and 2 reefs. The Villa is a 30 minute drive east of the Freeport International Airport on good straight roads. Excellent supermarkets closeby the airport. Located at Bassett Cove, East Grand Bahama in the village of Bevans Town. A 30 minute drive from the Freeport International Airport. Rental car is a must and can be picked up at the airport or close by locations. There is a small local convenience store and gas station in the village that also have a take out menu. High Rock has a couple of local beach bars, a couple of take outs and a small clinic.

This was the first real holiday I had ever taken and I could not have asked for more. The Villa is absolutely beautiful and the location even better. I never expected to have a long length of beach to myself and my Fiance. The pure white sands and warm waters are so inviting. The owners greeted us Personally at the airport and drove us to the Villa. We were greeted with all the shopping supplies we had requested prior to our holiday and the villa was spotless. I immediately grabbed a kayak and headed for the water. There are 3 water holes/caves close to the beach full of marine life, and a couple of large reefs a little further out. I was shocked to have a 5ft Sand Shark swim out from under a rock directly beneath me as I paddled over it. I mean "wow", I am from England and we have nothing like that at home. The only thing I have had go passed me in the sea before now is litter. You can imagine my shock, awe and excitement when I saw this amazing shark swim beneath me and calmly away like I was not there. The host's John and Barbi are amazing people. They made sure my holiday was flawless. They even took us to Port Lucaya for an evening of live entertainment. Totally free, In a little square surrounded by bars and restuarants. Rum Runners had to be a favorite with they're Bahama Mama's. Trust me, They are not stingy with the rum. And what a fun night it was. The location is great, remote enough that you have complete privacy but not isolated. There is a Petrol station close by with a small convenience store, And Freeport is a short drive away, which has everything you could want. Overall my first holiday, which took a lot of saving for, could not have been better. Thank you John and Barbi Badham. And may your future expansion prosper as it should.
