Our wanderful villa is located in Fregene, the VIP's preferred beach close to Roma (30 min driving to S.Peter), 500mt from the beach 150 mt from all shops and services. Bus stop to Rome (or train station) just on the gate, Leonardo da Vinci Airport Fiumicino is 15 min driving.
The 360sq mt Villa is divided in 4 suites made of 2 rooms + 1 bathroom each for your privacy. The suite at ground floor host the owner, while the other 3 at 1st floor are available to the guest as the other spaces (kitchen, dining, lounge, 1000sqmt garden, BBQ area...) Fregene is a quiet and green town near Roma . It's pine forest is under protection of UNESCO.
Federico Fellini owned Villa Fellini for decades and many VIP find Fregene smart and relaxing,with almost all villas and very few buildings with apartments.
Water sports, horse riding, tennis, soccer, wolley, gym, and other sports available in 5/10 min walking. Golf course 25 min driving.
We have parking inside, but in the town traffic and parking are not a problem all. Bicycles are very in vogue here.
