You are cordially invited to stay at one of our apartments on the fifth flo...or, whether you come alone, as a couple, or as a family with children and even grandparents—everybody is welcome! They were recently renovated in 2009.

The 4-room apartment Anna I comes with 2 bathrooms. It is priced for 2 people minimum with a maximum occupancy of 8 people (5 twin + 1 queen + 1 pullout beds).

Internet access through Wi-Fi is available. You can either use the in-house computer or your laptop. A washing machine is also at your disposal. Parking space on the lot or in the garage is offered for a small fee.

Pricing and Other Information:

Total prices depend on number of guests and length of stay. There is room for seven adults. For more than two guests, each additional person pays € 18.00 per night. Children up to six years of age stay for free.

For bookings of fewer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee is charged. Between June and September there is a minimum stay of 1 week required.

Prices are final. They include usage cost of electricity and water, as well as taxes and so on. Bed sheets, towels, tableware, and cooking utensils are provided.

Additionally, you can book internet access for € 3 per day, either with a provided PC or with your own laptop (Wi-Fi access details are provided during check-in.

A parking spot can be provided (please reserve in time!) for a fee of € 3 per day. Check-in is after 5 p.m.; check-out is until 11 a.m.

Exit A5 at Freiburg Mitte towards Freiburg. Continue on B31, which you leave at the third exit to change to B3 to Offenburg. At the third exit, Landwasser, get off Paduaallee and keep left. At the second traffic light,turn left onto Auwaldstrasse, from which Spechtweg branches off to the right after 550 m.
Surroundings:
Freiburg offers great diversity, from the cathedral and the Münstermarkt market right before it, to art collections, event locations for traditional arts, but also – thanks to its being a university town – of night life. Right outside the city, nature and its beauty is the draw, whether with vineyards or the Schauinsland mountain, reached by cable car. The old town has many shops, boutiques and cafés. Cities such as Strassburg, Colmar or Basel are great destinations for day trips.
The location is also ideal for walks, hikes, bike tours and day trips, not just to Freiburg or Basel, but also the whole south of the Black Forest, the Breisgau, Switzerland, and France, all offering manifold destinations.
