In our non-smoker’s house, we offer 3 apartments and 1 double room.

The apartments always consist of two rooms, a living room/kitchen area and a living/sleeping area; both areas can be separated by doors and thus allow separate sleeping (except Studio-Apartment).

This apartment of 45 sq.m is located on the third floor and consists of two rooms with separating door. It features a designer bed in the bedroom, and a Gebrüder Stingl, Wien, piano with Bösendorfer mechanics (use only on request) in the living room.

It is also possible to have people sleep on a sleeper sofa in the living room, separated by a door.

The apartment can be combined with the Wintergarden (Conservatory) Apartment to create one 90 sq. m-apartment. (Price on request.)

The house (built ~1894) was carefully renovated and divided into apartments. It is located in a preferred residential area in the middle of Freiburg: Herdern (close by the Ludwig-Aschoff-Platz).
The apartments are individually designed: classically-elegant or romantic. Enjoy the comfort and live in private atmosphere just like home.
Ten minutes of easy walking (through Karlstrasse and Kastanien-Allee), past representative town houses and frontyards, lead into the old town; a walk of 15 minutes will get you to the MĂĽnster of Freiburg where a market takes place daily.
Close by, you can find several supermarkets, bakeries, whole foods stores, children’s playgrounds, as well as public facilities such as bank, post office, and other institutions and facilities.

* Exit North towards Freiburg Stadtmitte (city center)
* continue straight at the first traffic lights (reached after 8 km, at the Kaufland shopping)
* under bridge onto Habsburger Strasse (sharp right turn), following the street car tracks
* left onto Jacobstrasse right at the second traffic light (at Restaurant Persepolis, Sparkasse bank)
* the fourth block of houses on the right is Jacobstr. 12, left corner house with white gate and house lamp turned on at night
* entrance area may only be used for a short time to pack/unpack a car
* free parking only weekdays from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m., weekends and holidays all day
