This renovated, new top, bright, cozy 1 - bedroom apartment (33 sqm) with balcony located is on the fourth floor in a quiet residential area, yet centrally located in Freiburg Zähringen. They have excellent transport links to the town center, train station or to the fair and shops are located around the corner. The apartment is equipped with a queen bed, a sofa pull-out (for 2 persons), wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers and a separate kitchen. Here you have all the necessary utensils such as toaster, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Children under 3 years sharing bed with parents. For short-term stays of one night we charge a surcharge of 10 €. We look forward to meeting you and wish you a pleasant stay.

* Living room: The additional furnishings consist of a sideboard, a night commode, a closet and a coffee table. Cable TV and music player with radio function are also provided for you. You can access the balcony through the living room.

* Kitchen and dining area: The kitchen with dining area contains all required utensils, a 2-unit stove, coffee machine, hot pot and microwave.

* Bathroom: The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, sink and mirror.cabinet with storage space.

* Special features: The apartment was renovated in spring 2011: new parquet flooring, new kitchen and complete renovation of the bathroom. You can conveniently park your car directly in front of the house. Pets only on request.

From Central Station: Tram 5 direction Zähringen over Bertoldsbrunnen. You get off at Hornusstraße (journey time 10 minutes)
Arrival by train: Take the Straßenbahnlinie 5 Richtung Zähringen and get off at the Haltestelle Hornusstraße (about a 10 minute ride).
