All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

From the moment we pulled up onto the drive we knew we were going into something special. Having both an elderly mother-in-law, disabled brother-in-law and our 2 young sons with us we needed somewhere with space and privacy for all. Hill View House excelled in all ways for all. From the amount and size of the different rooms to the large garden for the boys. Everything was there that you could ever wish for and more. With a 5 minute drive to the supermarket, a short walk down to the beach and less than 10 minutes to drive to the Needles, Hill View House is just a truly wonderful home and a credit to those that own it.

Beautiful House, lacked in nothing. Had everything you needed and the owners left cakes and a pack to get started. Had a brilliant week. Try the Horse and Groom at Ningwood very good food and service.

One of the best appointed rentals I've come across in many years. First class property, spacious and clean with friendly landlords and very efficient cleaning and handyman support. A party of ten lived here easily for a week without tripping over each other and there is plenty of space.
My only slight negative is that it could be more friendly for the under-tens e.g. fewer things to knock over, but that is a very small niggle.
There is a golf course,a post office and a first class restaurant within easy walking distance and the convenience store is very convenient.
All in all, this place is a little gem and I have no hesitation in recommending it. -

Where do I Start... The house is absolutly brilliant. There is nothing to fault. Well equiped, safe, very clean.
The house is a short walk from the beach with wonderful views.
Our time at Hillview House was so good we have booked to go back next year 2012.

This is one of the best holiday lets we have stayed in - so well eqipped. As commented to the owners, an extra chopping-board would be useful - perhaps this has now been supplied?
We tended to 'live' inthe huge conservatory: one or two of the settees could be inproved on for comfort!
But these are niggling comments - we would happily stay here again. -

A fine base for a small group of ramblers / birdwatchers plenty of excellent local walks and clifftop viewing points for birds. Very comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation and a large garden, ideal for fine Summer evenings.For a group of older people (us!) it was an ideal quiet location yet within easy reach of shop and pub, but younger people might have found it a little too qiiet and remote from social activities. Definately recommended for those preferring a quiet life (us again). Thanks for a great stay.
