The house was a very pleasant two bedroom on a bay. The rooms were very nicely furnished and the view was great. The only drawbacks were that there was no shade on the outside porch (heavy morning sun) and little cell phone coverage. We would stay there again!

We had a problem with our planned vacation to Friday Harbor and contacted this rental company at 9:00am and had the rental and occupied by 2:00pm the very same afternoon. Clean, beautiful view and perfect for the company we were entertaining. We think we got an excellent value.

Lovely setting. Nice large yard for running around and watching wildlife. Very open, spacious and comfortable. Great views.
Biggest complaint: no locks on any of the bathrooms or bedroom doors!! Also, no door separating the master's bathroom for privacy from the bedroom ... (we're just not that close-knit of a family, I guess).
Also - this property does not have easy water access. We were told it has direct water access, which technically it does go right up to the water, but we were hoping to launch kayaks off the property at that's just not possible with all the driftwood and debris blocking the way. The children were disappointed that they couldn't go right up to the water to splash and play. The view is beautiful, though.
Overall it was a very nice place to stay on our San Juan excursion, but we will probably be trying another property if we return in the future.
