Located next to hundreds of acres of University of Washington property and trails, this island charmer offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a wonderful yard for games, a fire-pit, hot tub and sauna. The recently updated kitchen with bar seating is fully equipped with everything you need for dining in and enjoying time with family and friends. The living room is beautifully furnished with leather couches and has a propane stove that is enclosed to make it kid friendly. The downstairs has a bath with an over-sized tile, walk in shower.
