Beautiful 2 bedroom unit with over 2000 square feet of livable space. Vaulted 20 foot ceilings are located throught this masterpiece. There are stunning views of the Royal St. Kitts Championship golf course and the magnificient Atlantic ocean. Lounge outdoors in private comfort either on the 34 feet sun lover's deck or on our covered porch. You can then cool off in our pool or hang around sipping cocktails in the poolside gazebo. After soaking up the rays, relax in our corner Whirlpool jetted tub while you gaze at the beautiful sourrounding hills.

Spent 2 weeks at Daybreak Villa Penthouse and loved it. Only a 15 minute walk to the Strip, with it's beach and island restaurants. Taxi service was great and inexpensive, so no need to rent a car. Took the Sugar Train excursion and the ferry to Nevis, where we had a wonderful tour with Ozzie Tyson, who knew everyone on the island. All in all, a great laid back vacation.

Our family had a great stay over New Year 2013. The owner Deon communicated regularly by email before our trip, so we knew what to expect. Deon helped us rent a car because the car companies were fully booked at that time of year. He went with us to get the driver's license. It just made finding our bearings so much more easier. The apartment is clean & neatly furnished. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool is more for paddling. There is lots of light and a lovely sea breeze throughout the day. We felt safe. Our family had a great time.

The apartment is very clean and spacious, fully furnished the kitchen comes with all major applicances,stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer etc.
I enjoyed waking up mornings and having a cup of tea and sitting on the pouch overlooking the Marriot hotel and the breeze was awesome, very relaxing. The apartment was beautiful all in all.
I have been to St. Kitts 7 times and this has been the best place I have stayed by far.
I had my son with me this time (his first time visiting St. Kitts) and he is already talking about coming back and he is diffinitely going to stay at Daybreak Villa.
I just want to thank Deon for allowing us to share his home with us for a week, already looking forward to my next visit. -

I stayed in the recently expanded two bedroom apartment of the villa. The apartment was clean, spacious and came fully furnished with all of the necessities plus more (i.e., washer, dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, utensils, seasonings, fresh bath & beach towels, Wi-Fi, cable, electric water kettle, toaster, hand mixer, hair dryer, etc.). In my opinion, the owners took the time to really assess what their guests would need to make their stay most comfortable.
The inside of the apartment was gorgeous with a high ceiling, ceiling fans, air-condition units in the bedrooms, a jacuzzi, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable furniture and art pieces.
The outside was great, too, with access to the villa's pool and the porch's lounge chairs to enjoy the morning sun. My favorite part of the apartment was the balcony. I enjoyed relaxing on the lounge chair with the breeze from the atlantic Ocean keeping me cool.
The location of the villa was very ideal. It was a short walk to the Frigate Bay Beach Strip where I visited different restaurants, spent time on the beach or just watched the sunset. Another perk was that I was able to view all three New Year's fireworks by the Marriott Resort, Frigate Bay and Friar's Bay from the balcony. Just beautiful!
Overall, this trip was more that I could ever have asked for. The villa had all that I needed and more; the location of the villa was perfect; and the people I encountered were very gracious and hospitable.

This was our family's third vacation in the Caribbean and St. Kitts & Nevis is an amazing place to visit. We had a wonderful and most relaxing stay at Daybreak Villa in Frigate Bay. With beaches less than 5 mins away and beautiful golf courses between us and the beach, this gave me enough time to get a few holes in before breakfast. So many great sites to see on the Island and even more delightful places to eat. The Kids want go back this winter for a week or two.

We had the good fortune of spending 9 days in the penthouse suite during our first visit to St. Kitts. The accomodations were excellent, and the apartment provided a spacious and comfortable setting in which to relax after busy days helping our daughter (a Ross student) get settled on the island. We were especially impressed with the property owner and villa caretaker, who went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable by answering questions, addressing any issues and being flexible with our rental schedule as american airlines changed our itinerary twice. We would definitely recommend Daybreak Villa to anyone visiting St. Kitts!
