Beach Music is a luxury ocean/golf front villa containing 3 bedrooms in the main and guest house fronting on a 42 foot private pool. The views are spectacular and every room faces the view and the cooling ocean breeze. The main house features a great room for dining and socializing and fully equipped kitchen of exotic wood and an extra ½ bath. The romantic large master bedroom also faces the pool with ensuite Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Beach Music Villa was absolutely perfect for our winter getaway in St. Kitts. Every year, we host the stars of our winning Brinley Shipwreck rum sales force and this is the first time, our family rented a house. What a difference it made for our being able to entertain with ease. The view was unbelievable looking out across the pool to the atlantic Ocean, across the golf coure. The house was so classy, fun and a dream come true and not far from the Marriott, beaches and restaurants. A party by the pool one evening with a steel drum band is a night I will always remember. We will definitely rent again! And I recommend the house to one and all! Maryann Brinley

We have rented Beach Music Villa 3 times during the past 4 years coming for the first time to attend a friend's wedding in 2008. St Kitts is a very beautiful and friendly place.
My husband and I rented the second time when we needed to get away following foot surgery. The house is located on a hillside which has amazing views of the ocean and a golf course and is also handicap accessible which definitely made things much easier for me. The manager was friendly and attentive providing maid service as well. The house is as beautiful as the pictures the owner posted. -

Location was very good and the house manager was exceptional. The house, although reasonably clean needed refurbishment. The wooden doors were difficult to open and close as they had expanded due to the recent rain and there were several electrical sockets on the wall with exposed wires. It was impossible to fully close and lock the annex bedrooms. The pictures on the website were misleading. The sunny area described as a spot for evening cocktails was taken early in the morning as this area was in total shade by mid afternoon. The pool was in total shade by early afternoon. The view shown on the photographs across the sea was misleading as it was difficult to see the sea due to the large palm trees that had grown between the house and the sea. However the sea view could be seen from the annex bedrooms and was spectacular.
The pool was good and was serviced once per week. The gardens were well maintained and mature but unfortunately there was nowhere to sit in them. The property could have benefitted from a washing machine and needed a kitchen upgrade, new BBQ and DVD which didn't work.
The main concern was the owners lack of communication once the full balance was paid. I left countless voicemails, e-mails and texts for several weeks all of which went unanswered. In desperation I telephoned the house Manager who reassured me that everything was ok and would get the owner to contact me. Despite several more voicemails e-mails and texts, the owner failed to contact me until after a returned home when I e-mailed to say I would be writing about my experience. Prior to me paying the deposit the communication was first rate.
I have stayed in many Caribeean villas on many islands and this was probably our least favourite.
