Additional 11% sales tax.
Owner provides 2 amenity cards for weekly rentals. Other amenity cards may be purchased. Everyone over the age of 12 needs an amenity card. Summer rates are $50. for 7 days and $35. for a 3 day card. The remainder of the year the rates are $35. for 7 days and $25. for 3 days.
A 6 seater limo golf cart is available for rent for $25./day or $150/week.

This was a long weekend getaway for my husband and myself for our anniversary. This is our second stay at this condo. It is well equipped with everything you could need. Katie is wonderful to deal with, and her condo has such a welcoming homey atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and will stay again.

Very friendly and caring condo owners. Our first time to Fripp Island and we plan on visiting again soon. Breathtaking ocean view. Tasteful decor in the house and it's well kept. Thanks for letting us stay here. Hope to have many more memories there.

I just came back from your condo on Fripp Island. It was a great get-a-way for my girlfriend and I to relax at the beach, or at the pool(s). It is amazing to see the many deer on the island. Your place was fully stocked with anything I needed so that we could choose to eat at home, on the island, or at the close by seafood restaurants. We had a relaxing trip and recommend it to anyone who needs a "girls" get-a-way!! Thanks!

Fripp Island is a wonderful family vacation place!! This was our second year visiting this condo with our family of 8 (3 generations) and we had, once again a memorable vacation. The condo is roomy enough for all and the kitchen is furnished with everything you would ever need. Whether your in the mood to hang out on the beach all day, visit one of the island's four pools, go crabbing, or ride around on the golf cart looking for Fripp deer...you and your family are sure to have fun! We will be back next year!!

We just returned from our week's stay in this beautiful Condo. Everything was just as advertised. The owners were easy to work with beginning with making reservations to the very end. We highly recommend this Condo and will certainly be making returning visits.

My husband and I stayed here and we will definitely stay again. The owners are great to deal with, great communicators and very knowledgable in regard to the island. The house was well equipped with everything you could need. We spent alot of time on the private balcony watching the dolphins in front of the unit, they were there the whole time we stayed. We also liked the limo golf cart, it was great for getting around the island. Definitely had a great experience.
