Description from the owner
Our 1800 sq. ft.first floor condo is located in the Village of Newhaven complex situated at the north end of the Fripp Island Beach. We have a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. The Ocean Point Golf Course is right across the street and
the Ocean Point pool is next to our complex. Our condo has had kitchen updates and some new furnishings in 2010. Two of the three bedrooms have king sized beds
and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Our guests can acquire Club Guest Cards
which allow accessibility to all of the facilities maintained by the Fripp Island
Resort.

Fripp Island is the most seaward island on the South Carolina coast. It is 20 miles east of Beaufort, and is situated between Charleston and Savannah in the
heart of the low country. It is a small private island, 3 1/2 miles long, and is a wildlife refuge.

We stayed at the Baverman condo on Fripp Island, SC. This place is very well maintained and the views are spectacular. We have stayed at other condo's on Fripp but this kitchen was very well equipped. There was so much room but everything was on one level. Also the underground parking is a plus. Fripp Island is a great place to relax and rejuvenate.

This was our first trip to Fripp Island and we instantly fell in love with not only the island but also the condo. The Baverman's condo was like a home away from home. We found it conveniently located to the ocean, golf courses, pools and restaurants. When all of us were there we had 6 adults and our 20 month old grand daughter sleeping in the condo and we had plenty of room to spread out and have our "own space" - yet at the same time the living area(s) provided a wonderful place for all of us (as well as day visitors who dropped in) to congregate together and enjoy each others company. The dining room table was perfect for all of us to gather around and share a meal, and the 2nd table in the "sitting area" was great for puzzles and games. The kitchen was loaded with pots/pans and spices for cooking and an abundance of dishes/glasses/flatware for dining. The neighborhood grill worked great for grilling out and provided a large place to toss a ball while grilling. The views from the back deck were amazing - dolphins were a daily sight. Fishing was good to - just a step off the back deck and the poles were in the water. Our nightly golf cart (and scooter) rides were the perfect way to cap off our evenings - be sure to bring food for the deer (Wal-Mart sells a huge bag for $9.99 in their sporting dept) The deer will eat out of your hands. Fripp Island is very family friendly with lots of activities for children and families on a daily basis. Our only warning would be... there are a couple small grocery stores on the island and they are pricey - shop before you arrive. An onion cost $1.00 - and the boxed brownie mix we were all craving cost $4.00(but was so worth it the "kids" said) Almost hate to share the good news as we'd like to keep the Baverman's condo as our "little secret"...Thanks Baverman's for sharing your piece of heaven with us, we will be back...

Great location- view, and MaryBeth is a pleasure to deal with. My children (2 families) will be renting 615 and 618 condos last week in June (618) and first week in July (615 & 618). We have enjoyed several weeks in previous years. Thanks to MaryBeth.

Fripp is an amazingly beautiful island!! We loved all the wildlife... alligators; basking on the golf courses, dozens of deer; enjoying "dinner" at dusk, and gorgeous sunsets! Waking up to sunrises, with a view of the atlantic Ocean... (dolphins a- plenty) was wonderful! The condo had everything we needed and/or wanted... lots of space for a big crowd but cozier spaces for a smaller group, and areas to be alone (with a good book), too. It was a comfortable, spacious, 3 bedroom condo, with plenty of room to spread out. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!!

I've stayed in this condo many times with 3 generations of family members. The condo is attractively decorated, well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The golf course, the pool and the beach are all within a short walking distance. Sitting on the deck to enjoy the ocean view and the ocean breeze is a perfect way to relax at the close of each day. This condo is a great place to stay to experience Fripp Island fun.
