Beautiful oceanfront 5 abedroom beach house. This wonderful house has beach at all times. It has 4 bedrooms each with a private bath and an additional bedroom and den upstairs. This great house has a covered porch and an uncovered deck on the back with views of the ocean. The capacity at dining table is for 8, plus 4 at kitchen table, TV's in family room, master bedroom, and upstairs den. 6-seater golf cart available to rent for $200/week.

Trash bag on front poarch, pacifier, underwear left in house, crumbs under table, sheets with tears, holes in them. Eric had cleaning crew clean again. Upstairs bedroom had humidifier with rotted vent hose, leaving hole to outside of bedroom. Washer doesn't fill all the way on rinse cycle. Dryer shakes, not level. Golf cart very slow even when charged. Stopped on us. Eric said it had recently been worked on and refunded part of our money. Lights in living area very dim. Had to bring more lamps down. Floor outlet beside couch did not work for lamp. Electrical wiring needs to be checked. Upstairs hall light blinked on and off. Water heater probably needs a new element. Not much hot water at a time. Would not fill jacuzzi tub or last for more than one shower. Upstairs bedroom on front kept losing power. Fixed at fuse box each time. Hammock needs to be taken out of advertised picture. There is not one there. House needs to be cleaned out. Years worth of magazines in living area, artificial flowers in vases brown and dusty, dated looking. Puzzle pieces on mantel, games in a mess in closet in living area. Many things under house--old rusted bikes, many beach toys, etc.

We had a group of family and friends attending a Marine graduation and stayed here for a long weekend. Everyone enjoyed the house--the large living, dining and kitchen area allowed all of the group to socialize easily. One improvement the house needs--a larger hot water heater. Otherwise, all was just fine.
