We have just recently bought this home and are in the midst of furnishing with all new "beach cottage" style furniture. In this 5 BR, 6 BA (4 Full, 2 1/2 baths) home, there is plenty of room for several families to share time together. Downstairs there is a bonus room, which will have a pool table, TV and DVD player, and a small kitchen area with a refrigerator/microwave for children to get their snacks. The air condition was broken and was not fixed while we were there. They did bring in plug in units that worked good, but would have been nice if they had fixed it. The home is nice and we loved the open feel. The location is across the street from the beach, but close. The home is located on the canal and has a nice dock and view. I do think for the price of the home, it should come with amenity cards...anyone who rents a home this large would do so because 10 or so people are staying there and thats too many people to have to buy amenity cards for in addition to the price of the house. We may consider staying again, but would definately stay again if amenity cards were included.

Our family enjoyed Bahia Mar however we thought the
price was a bit steep for staying across from the ocean and with a very limited view of the ocean.
Interior: There could have been another TV in the downstairs king room for convenience and more seating in the upstairs living area.
Golf Cart: not one available for guest? :(
Again, the price with taxes, fees, etc was our major drawback as we would have loved to have stayed there again had the price been a little lower!!!!!!
