Bella Vista is a beautiful house that has some of the best views on the island. The house was large and well appointed. We didn;t want for anything. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and had plenty of room. The few minor glitches were responded to promptly. The only complaint I would have was the very limited beach access. Unless it was low tide, there really was no beach access. Since we had golf carts, this wasn't a major obstacle. We had a great vacation and thank the owner for sharing his lovely home with us.

What a great house; fabulous oceanfront view. Our sons loved the yard, pool and jacuzzi so close. We could watch them from the balcony.

Wonderful time. Resort is absolutely beautiful with lots to do. Pool by the home is perfect. Home is a beach home but with an amazing view. It could be decorated with newer furnishings but it was good for three families with four children. The only drawback is that there isn't a beach by the house only a wet beach and only for 2 hrs. if that depending on high tide. Definitely rent a golf cart. That is your salvation for getting around on the island because there is very little parking for cars at the different pools, beaches, etc.
Restaurants are pricey on the island but cooking was no problem at all. Fripp Island is now our favorite place and we have been to many beaches in many states. -

The house was great, located right over the pool. Beautiful ocean view also from the house, lust over the pool to see the acean. Just a few steps to it. Great location on the island, easy to access and a private corner of the island. Glad we didn't get too close to the center where the traffic is.
Holds can hold as many as it says. The master bedroom and bathroom were large and had everything. The wireless internet was a great benefit and enjoyed by all.
Would highly recommend this house and we will be coming back each year to this same one.
The owner is responsive and caring. The rental company is also great and efficient.
