This is a great house at great location. Beautiful view and easy walk to the beach or if you go by cart close to Rock Beauty access and to the main pools. The screened porch and deck are great for just hanging out and watching the ocean.
The upstairs bedrooms don't have window treatments so light is bright in the early morning. The indoor grill doesn't work and the refridgerator only does water and ice in the door sporadically. The blender didn't work but they brought replacement one the same day. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa and they didn't bring them til the next day despite several calls, emails on the day we arrived. we had to use a top sheet from another bed and a blanket from another bed.
It was our first trip to the island and it was amazing the deer walked all around the house and we saw them all over the island and alligators. Its a great vacation spot! -

Nicely located on the ocean front, "Frippin Out”, has easy access to the beach and every room in the house has an awesome ocean view. The house layout is large and spacious with 2 large bedrooms located on the main floor and 2 good size bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. The house layout provides privacy with each bedroom having their own full bathroom. The walk in shower is great in the one master bedroom. Each floor has a large common area for family gathering; first floor is a large, comfortable family room / kitchen combination, while the second floor bedrooms are divided by the game / pool table area. This is great for adults downstairs and kids upstairs. The kitchen is spacious with large counter top areas for cooking and has more than ample cabinet space. The laundry room with the big sink was great for washing out bathing suits. We enjoyed our time with family on the screened in porch watching the ocean. ***The home was very clean***
We have enjoyed our stay in this home and have rebooked for June, and can't wait to return to Fripp !

"Frippin Out" is a large beautiful home on the atlantic Ocean with amenities that truly make it a home away from home. The view from the deck or porch can occupy your time for hours without even realizing it. The fairly short walk to the beach was always enjoyable even while carrying all the items necessary to sit on the beach for an extended period. We cooked several large meals in the home utilizing the large well stocked kitchen. We have stayed in several homes on Fripp in the last 7 years and this one ranks at the top. There are three second story balconies and even a telescope for watching the stars. The pool table was an added bonus and it was surprising how often we used it when we were not on the beach or exploring the rest of the island. One side of our family really loved it and we hope to introduce it to the other side of our family very soon.

the tile floor was very uncomfortable. the kitchen was gross the utinsels were dirty. the master bedroom bed was cheap and uncomfortable. the tv's were too small for the living area. It would take a free week at another house for us to ever rent thru you again or refer your company to anyone of my friends that go to Fripp. overall very dissatisfied with the experience.

This home is perfect for two families as it has plenty of room for all! Great kitchen for preparing large meals with plenty of room to spread out for all.
One thing to remember, reserve your club cards before you arrive.

This was our second stay, and it was just as nice the second time around. The four roomy bedrooms and baths make it easy to have plenly of privacy and comfort while sharing the house with a larger crowd. There's plenty of closet space, too. We took full advantage of the gourmet kitchen, particularly enjoying the convection oven. The views can't be beat, beach and surf during the day and star gazing at night. Its the ultimate beach vacation! I also wanted to thank Greta for taking time on her day off to set up an amenity card for us. And, while I'm at it, thanks to the entire staff for making sure we enjoyed our stay. We'll be back.

This was the perfect house for our weekend getaway. We loved the giant decks right on the dunes, and the great views. The house is welcoming, spacious and comfortable.

Specific house features and items require attention.
Windows[kitchen]-none work
Great room sliding glass doors -very difficult and dangerous to operate
Phones and clocks need replacing
Railings in front have two breaks-dangerous
Garage door does not work
Sliding door in downstairs west bedroom needs new glass
Thes are a few of my suggested repairs which I mentioned to Gretta before departure

The pictures on the internet do not do this house justice.It is huge and there is not a bad view anywhere on the back side of the house.The only downside is around the outside and underneath the house was not clean at all. Garbage and junk every where,smelly sea shells left by previous guest, broken chairs etc. I and my family cleaned and picked up some in fear that someone would think we left the mess.If that was corrected this would be the best place we have stayed on Fripp so far

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is at one of the best locations on the island and the view is beautiful. I fell that the details (bed linens, comforters) felt cheap and dirty. Also, the outside porches upstairs needed cleaning. In general though, it was a great place and would rent again.
