Feel the power of the surf. This is the closest of any residence we have to the ocean. You are separated only by a rock bulkhead. Listen to the sound of the waves breaking against the rocks below you. The beach is a short walk from the condo, but is available only at low tide. You can still enjoy an "upland beach", however, that has incredible views of the ocean and inlet, right on the property. There is also a 1200SF Oceanview Deck and Pavilion with Adirondack chairs, glider rockers, and swings for spectacular sunning and viewing. We had a good time at Fripp Island. We would love to visit the island again someday. The only thing we did not like was we where not told you HAD to rent a golf cart ,because there are NO BEACH accesses where you can park a car. I think that was a bit disappointing for us. If we had known about the golf cart parking we could have rented one in advance.
