The Beach Club villas are located in the center of Fripp Island across from the beach. Enjoy the benefits of being on the canal and across the street from the beach. Walk out your door to the crabbing dock or cross the street to access the wonderful 24/7 dry sandy beach. If you purchase guest cards you have easy access to the Resort amenities located here(pools, tennis, restaurants, golf, etc). There is still much to do and enjoy on Fripp Island. You can spend all day lounging on the white sandy beaches or you can fish or crab just behind your condo. Great location, great views and a very comfortable and tasteful two bedroom condo.

We had a great time at this condo on our stay ! The condo is really cozy and feels like home away from home. We visit Fripp at least once a year and have found that this place is quiet but close to all the action and beach club. We loved the view of the marsh and the screened in porch was great. Everything was clean and well kept which made it really easy to clean up behind ourselves before we left. We always leave the places we stay in in very clean condition! Seaside getaways were so accommodating and made the rental experience very easy and fun! Thanks audrey and Charissa! We hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time on Fripp and at Beach Place. The island had a lot ot offer and the condo was very well located. We could walk to the beach, pools and to the "food court." We didn't get time to play tennis, but the courts were right next door.
The only issues we had were that there weren't enough plates for the family (there were only two in the unit) so we had to use saucers and bowls to fill in. We also weren't able to start the dryer (user error, maybe).
All in all, we would recommend this condo. -

Great condo, although the single beds are too small for a tall teenager. We had two issues:
1) The shower in the master bedroom would not produce hot water. This is clearly related to the valve and not the water tank. Water delivery everywhere else was as expected.
2) Two young girls entered the condo on Saturday afternoon. we heard them, then observed them after they partially closed the front door and stood in the hall with a woman,probably their mother. After a few minutes the got in a car and left. It may have been the cleaning person arriving one day ahead of schedule. Regardless, this was a bit unsettling. -

The Villa we stayed in was nice. Although, they did not leave us but 4 towels and two wash clothes for five people. We called them and they said they would see if they could get us some more but we did not receive any. So we had to wash towels twice a day just so everyone could shower with clean towels. The air conditioning stopped working on our last night there. If we go back we will definitely book a place through someone else.

We do sincerely apologize that there was a problem with the air conditioning system. We did move our guests to an oceanfront 5 bedroom house (with no additional charges). So, while we cannot guarantee that something will not break, we do guarantee that we will do our best to respond to the problem and repair as quickly as possible. In this case, it was too hot to stay in this unit and it was Saturday, so we knew we could not get it resolved that day. Luckily, we had another unit available and moved them to a large oceanfront property, which would normally cost 4x the amount paid for this 2 bedroom condo located across the street from the beach.
We are here to help make your trip the best vacation possible. Our mission is to provide our guests a place to relax and enjoy time spent with family and friends. Within that mission is the directive to come up with a workable solution when issues arise.
We have also inventoried the beach club unit and restocked with 6 bath towels, 6 wash cloths, and 4 hand towels.
