This is an updated end unit located on the second and last floor in building G. Last update was completed in june 2011. (new windows, new beds, bedding, doors, trim, flooring, decoration...) Unobstructed view of the Ten Mile Range and Peak 1. Quiet, lots of light with view unaffected by the nearby development. Decorated in a mountain fashion. Cozy gas fireplace in the living room for hanging out, playing games, and enjoying the solitude.

The unit was clean and had all the equipment you needed to make meals and be as comfortable as if you were at home. The clubhouse was also wonderful and relaxing after a full day of skiing. I would definately return to this condo in the future.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. All the facilities at Mountainside were very good i.e. pool, hot tub, etc. Joelle was easy to work with. We had a problem figuring out the thermostat one morning (batteries were low) and Joelle was there in nothing flat to fix it, leave us spare batteries and the manual for the thermostat and recommend some restaurants in town. I would stay there again and would highly recommend this unit.

The Mountainside Resort is, first off, a wonderfully maintained & nicely located place to stay in the town of Frisco. As for the condo G206, I was extremely pleased with the accomodations & my communications with the owner. As good as, if not better, than I expected based on the pictures & descriptions. The deck views are beautiful. I'm so pleased, my sister, brother-in-law, & I have booked another stay in late august. You'll not be disappointed!!

We have rented from these owners for the past 3 ski seasons and I can't
think of a complaint. They keep the unit clean and up to date and are
readily available with any last minute issue that may arise.
The layout of the condo really suits our family and there is plenty of storage
room for all your gear. The loft area and extra bathroom are also a real
plus.
The Mountainside location is perfect any time of year. We enjoy many hikes
and snow shoe journeys just outside the back door and walks into town for
meals and shopping. The Nordic Center is a few minutes drive where you
can rent cross country or snow shoe equipment for any age.
The amenities at Mountainside also keep us coming back- indoor and
outdoor hot tubs, indoor pool, steam room, and sauna (they also have
outdoor tennis courts but we were not able to enjoy them in the winter.)
It is a easy drive from denver (a little over an hour) and centrally located to
all the Summit County ski resorts.
I would highly recommend it.

We stayed in Frisco over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The condo was wonderful and we enjoyed our time skiing Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Loveland this year. We love the quaint town of Frisco and it is handy to all the Summit County ski areas. We also enjoyed the large outdoor hot tubs at the clubhouse. We met great people there and soothed our aches away!
We had a small issue with the stove, and the owners were quick to respond with helpful advice.
Overall - great place, great time!

I have been to Frisco 3 times now and really like the city. It is close to many attractions, even if you don't hike, ski, or bike (which we don't). The condo we stayed at was very nice. It has a great view off the balconey! We had 4 people stay and had plenty of room. I would recommend this location - especially if you like to hike, bike or ski! If you have kids, bring their dirt bikes!

We stayed for a week in Frisco, CO at Mountainside G-206. This is a very nice condo with a wonderful view. The furnishings are top-notch and above average. It was comfortable and had easy access. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each evening overlooking the beautiful Ten Mile range.

My husband and I had a very nice relaxing time at this Mountainside Condo. It has an unobstructed view of the mountains to the south of us. Also, the walking/bike path is within eyesight and is only a short distance away. The condo is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows.
