This Mountain Side Condo is a unique unit in the Mountain Side's Complex in Frisco. It has been recently fully remodeled and pictures have been updated accordingly. Situated the furthest from I-70, the Mountain Side condo complex is located in a quiet location in the Town of Frisco yet within walking distance to Main Street. There is no road noise and the building is just a short distance away from the bike path and the National Forest where you will find several trail heads, perfect if you enjoy mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing or x-country skiing activities.

The Mountain Side comple is the most valued complex in Frisco. It was built in the 1980's, but its clubhouse has been recently remodeled and features 3 outdoor oversized hot tubs, 1 indoor hottub and a comfortably warm indoor pool. The renovated clubhouse also offers sauna and steam room, full locker rooms, racquetball and tennis courts. The grounds are very well kept by an efficient staff and HOA.
Parking is plentiful. There is a designated covered parking space under the building and plenty of spaces (first-come, first-served) in front of the building.

The complex lies immediately adjacent to the National Forest and the recreational bike trail connecting Vail and Breckenridge. It is the best location in Frisco. Within a 10 minute walk, you can reach the restaurants and stores located on Main Street.
Frisco's Marina is a nearby 10-15 minute walk and offers access to Lake Dillon and all its activities (fishing, boating, kayaking).
Outlet shopping is available in Silverthorne (5-10 minute drive).
Ski resorts: From this condo, you will have the most centralized access to 6 major ski resorts: Araphaoe Basin (15 miles- a 20-minute drive) , Loveland Ski Resort (12 miles, a 10-15 minute drive), Keystone (11 miles - a 10 to 15 minute drive ), Copper Mountain (7 miles, a 5 to 10 minute drive ) and world famous Vail (30 to 35 minute drive) and Breckenridge (15 to 20 minute drive).

Shuttle it: Free, reliable and frequent, the Summit County Shuttle system (aka "Summit Stage") is a favorite of locals and travelers alike. Nearest pick up is on Main Street about 5 blocks away, and with ski gear, it is a 10-15 min walk if you are athletic. Many guests drive to the main bus station and park their car there (free).
Numerous reasonable Airport Transportation services available from Denver and will drop you directly in front of Mountain Side Condo's Building E. Renting a car is more convenient but the most costly option. A 4-wheel drive vehicule is recommended as well as a ski rack/box.

The condo has a warm and comfortable atmosphere with a great view of the ten mile range. The nearby bike trail and club house are also there to enjoy.
