This Mountain Side Condo is a unique unit in the Mountain Side's Complex in Frisco. It has been recently fully remodeled and pictures have been updated accordingly. Situated the furthest from I-70, the Mountain Side condo complex is located in a quiet location in the Town of Frisco yet within walking distance to Main Street. There is no road noise and the building is just a short distance away from the bike path and the National Forest where you will find several trail heads, perfect if you enjoy mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing or x-country skiing activities.

This condo has full remodeled from the studs out. It includes a brand new kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, quiet dishwasher, automated ice maker, bar seating , spanish trowel texture, designer paint, new lighting. The entire condo features new high efficiency windows which will keep you comfortable during any season. The bathrooms feature wall hung vanities, with upgraded fixtures, handheld showerhead and dual flush Toto toilets.

This is an end unit, so you will enjoy the light and open feeling that the extra windows are adding. This unit has been stocked and decorated to make you feel at home.

The deck features a southern exposure and offers beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range and Peak 1. Weber gas BBQ is available on the deck as well as patio furniture (Summer).

Sleeping arrangement:

This condo sleeps 4 guests in beds but can accommodate up to 6 guests.

1) Master bedroom includes a queen size bed. Lots of pillows available for your comfort. Flat screen TV conveniently mounted on the wall.

Custom fitted closet for storing all your belonging (drawers, lots of shelving and hanging space).

2) 2nd sleeping area features two extra long twin beds, sleeping two guests. There is an extra mattress in the closet for additional sleeping area if needed.

3) Flexible additional sleeping options: sleeper sofa in the living room (queen size mattress). There is an extra mattress in the closet for additional sleeping. This foldable twin size pad that can be placed anywhere in the condo. (perfect for a 3rd child or another adult who wishes to sleep away from others

4) Living Room features a wooden burning fireplace, two separate seating areas, a wall-hung flat screen TV + DVD player.

5) The bathroom features wall hung vanity, Toto dual-flush toilet, bathtub with both fixed and handheld showerhead.

Tile flooring throughout living space so keeping the condo clean during your stay is easy.

Programmable heating thermostat so you can set the temperature to what feels comfortable to you. Highly efficient new windows, easy to operate and keep the condo warm in the winter. No draft!

Exclusive WIFI-high speed internet in your unit. Boog/glove dryer is available in the condo so that you gear can nicely dry over night.

Nice high quality duvet covers, linens and towels. Beach towels available for clubhouse use.

The Mountain Side comple is the most valued complex in Frisco. It was built in the 1980's, but its clubhouse has been recently remodeled and features 3 outdoor oversized hot tubs, 1 indoor hottub and a comfortably warm indoor pool. The renovated clubhouse also offers sauna and steam room, full locker rooms, racquetball and tennis courts. The grounds are very well kept by an efficient staff and HOA.

Parking is plentiful. There is a designated covered parking space under the building and plenty of spaces (first-come, first-served) in front of the building.

The complex lies immediately adjacent to the National Forest and the recreational bike trail connecting Vail and Breckenridge. It is the best location in Frisco. Within a 10 minute walk, you can reach the restaurants and stores located on Main Street.

Frisco's Marina is a nearby 10-15 minute walk and offers access to Lake Dillon and all its activities (fishing, boating, kayaking).
Outlet shopping is available in Silverthorne (5-10 minute drive).

Ski resorts: From this condo, you will have the most centralized access to 6 major ski resorts: Araphaoe Basin (15 miles- a 20-minute drive) , Loveland Ski Resort (12 miles, a 10-15 minute drive), Keystone (11 miles - a 10 to 15 minute drive ), Copper Mountain (7 miles, a 5 to 10 minute drive ) and world famous Vail (30 to 35 minute drive) and Breckenridge (15 to 20 minute drive).

How to get around

Shuttle it: Free, reliable and frequent, the Summit County Shuttle system (aka "Summit Stage") is a favorite of locals and travelers alike. Nearest pick up is on Main Street about 5 blocks away, and with ski gear, it is a 10-15 min walk if you are athletic. Many guests drive to the main bus station and park their car there (free).

Numerous reasonable Airport Transportation services available from Denver and will drop you directly in front of Mountain Side Condo's Building E. Renting a car is more convenient but the most costly option. A 4-wheel drive vehicule is recommended as well as a ski rack/box.
