Building is on Lake Dillon-On The Bike Path! The comforts of home, newly built in 2007, everything inside is NEW. Hot tub and underground garage parking. Condo is on the lake on THE BIKE PATH! Conveniently located in Frisco on the Lake right off of Highway 9 from I-70 with a short drive to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge.

The condo is an oversized with the plenty of room for two couples or a small family, more privacy with the kitchen and bath area separating the bedroom from the living room area. The master bath has a separate oversized Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

Hot tub and gazebo are overlooking the lake!

The living room has leather sofa sleeper and love seat, 4 leather bar stools, big screen TV and stereo system.

Copper Mountain is 5 minutes, Breckenridge and Keystone here is a ski shuttle stop for the Summit Stage nearby.

PLEASE NOTE: The "ratings you are viewing on this system are based on "user experience" as there is no AAA or Fodors for condo owners. A 5 star rating on a 3 star "SILVER" condo is just that.....the guest was only looking for a place to sleep that is clean and comfortable that may not care of the unit was built in the 1980's and has old furniture and high noise levels due to building codes during those years. This unit is a PREMIUM/PLATINUM unit built in 2007. It's nestled in with $800,000 units with high end furnishings and a queen orthopedic mattress.

As you look at other units as the owner about the age of the complex, take a hard look at the furnishings and cabinetry you see in photos. If it's a big complex ask them if their condo is considered: PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE or ECONOMY and have them tell you WHY. It they aren't sure, ask them if AAA staff came by and rated their condo for your magazine if it's 5 Star PLATINUM (NEW on par with a WESTIN or HYATT property), 4 Star GOLD/Deluxe, 3 Star Silver/Moderate, 2 Star Econmoy. Anything built before 2000 will not have a PLATINUM rating unless it is associated with a well known resort (Hyatt) But be careful, there is a Marriott brand in Breck that is "moderate" because it is old and needs a remodel. Please email for the latest rates and specials. Frisco requires all condo owners to collect 10.125% sales tax for all stays less than 30 days. A cleaning fee is also added to the total when you request a quote. If you are staying multiple weeks, additional cleans are added as the unit is a PREMIUM condo with 2 glass showers and a private jetted tub that must be kept up. Security deposit added to all stays. (Please ask me about the "bad" guest who decided to wash his mountain bikes in the jetted tub....the only guest in 7 years I have kept a deposit.

Payment Options: MC/Visa/AE via Paypal, Checks accepted for lodging only more than 30 days prior to arrival. Free to deposit/transfer to Owners Wells Fargo or US Bank business account. Credit card on paypal at an additional fee. If you are an avid E-bay/Paypal person you can transfer money from your account for FREE

Deposit Required-returned with 14 days of completion of rental. Deposit paid by paypal immediately, with the balance by check.

  The condo is clean, beautiful, and best of all feels like home. It is close to everything you need including the Frisco Nordic Center. My husband and I enjoyed sitting in the living room by the fire after a great cross country ski trip. Best of all, this condo is quiet! No loud neighbors or late night parties. There are strict rules regarding noise from 8 to 8 which enabled us to get a great night's rest! I highly recommend this place.

  The nicest ski condo we have ever stayed in. Beautiful finishes, quiet building. It was nice to have a garage for the car and not have to clean off snow. The condo is a romantic getaway for us...perfect for an anniversary with the jetted tub and luxury furniture. We have already booked again for this season.

  Really liked the hot tubs over looking Lake Dillon and biking right out the back door! The condo is a treat, outfitted with the comforts of home. Nice firm mattress and the master bath is great. We are coming back for ski season.

  Best Vacation Experience-Hot Tubs with a View!

  We enjoyed staying right on the lake and having access to the bike path.
  The condo is FABULOUS. I have never stayed in a place this nice. It
  had a nice kitchen, the bed was comfortable and the private jetted tub

  evertyhing and the interior is fabulous. I can't forget the jetted tub

  My wife and I stayed in this condo for a ski trip. The place is
  spectacular, the photos don't do it justice. Everything from the
  comfort of the bed to the jetted tub inside the condo, having a garage
  when it snows to the outdoor hot tubs overlooking the lake. We will be
  back for another ski trip!
