I was very disappointed in my stay. We had five boys under the age of 11 and they wanted to watch Basketball on T.V. The t.v. was very small and out dated. Please replace with a flat screen on the fireplace for more room in the condo and for those who would like to see what is on. Also, We had a few kids sick and they would of loved to just lay in bed watching movies. No T.V's in the bedroom. We had no extra bedding for the kids to sleep. (short blakets,pillow cases and sheets.) We were also short towels. We had a leck in the ceiling in the main bathroom. It looked like it was fixed before but not the correct way. It also would be nice to have a box of laundry soap and a place to get chg to do wash. (when you have sick kids - Its hard to look around town for a cash machine and soap.)

We’re always very sorry to hear about unhappy guests. The guest was correct; there had been a roof leak in the unit due to the excessive amounts of snow that we had this season. All the water was cleaned up; however, the drywall repairs could not be completed until after the snow season to ensure there were no other leaks. Unfortunately we do not control how the owner’s furnish their units. We do recommend yearly upgrades, and will be sure to pass on the guests comments to them. If they had mentioned that they needed to have TV’s in each bedroom when they booked, we would have done our best to accommodate that. We were not notified that there was not enough linen in the unit. This unit will sleep 6 people and would have been prepped for that amount of people. If we had been contacted we would have assessed the situation and brought over more supplies if needed. Unfortunately most resort laundry facilities do not normally provide laundry soap or change dispensers. We always appreciate feedback. Thank you.
