Apartment was clean, well organized. Our stay was very comfortable. Restaurants are conveniently located in Frisco and surrounding communities. Frisco has all of the essential needs for a comfortable stay. The apartment complex has pool and hottubs in clubhouse near the apartment.

clean room with lots of dishes, a plus! however stained sheet - yuck! group below us was very loud til 3:00am 2 nights otherwise quiet and plenty of space. Pool was nice and kids loved it.

Our dealings with Mountain Managers was extremely efficient and easy. The condo we rented was clean and well stocked with everything in the kitchen you might need. (except food of course) The living room furniture was not very comfortable but the beds were awesome. The scenery from the deck was breath taking in the front and the back of the condo. There is covered parking and the grounds are well maintained. The condos were conveniently located a block from a walking path and only blocks from Frisco's adorable main street. It was easy access to HW9 and 70. The club house has a nice pool and three huge outdoor hot tubs with spectacular mountain views. There was also a laundry area available if you needed it. The only thing we did not enjoy was hauling our luggage to the second floor, no elevator everything else was awesome!

Stayed over Christmas break so we paid Holiday rates. Fairly nice condo. Nothing special. We have a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids.) Living room would not have provided comfort for more people. We squished the 4 of us on the one couch. There were 2 add'l chairs, but not what would want for relaxing and watching a movie. Beds were not comfortable for us. Got the impression that if you would have tried to jump on one, you would just "thunk." Thought pull-out couch bed might be more comfortable, but springs were the only thing you felt. Super clean which was a plus. Management was great to work with. Great meal at Lost Cajun (casual.)

Always enjoy staying at Mountainside - cheap, great location, standard anemities, except that the clubhouse has better than average hot tubs. Have used Mtn Managers a number of times now and always have an acceptable experience. I appreciate the easy after-hours check-in.
