Found this condo after a little searching for a group of 6, for a guys weekend. While the unit may have an overall dated feel, the location was perfect, and ticked all the boxes of our needs. We were disappointed that the hot tub was in disrepair, however, we would stay here once again.

The condo's location by the river was nice. As well it was walking distance from downtown and the 4th of July Parade. It was nicely furnished and appointed. The kitchen was like home. The configuration of the bedrooms was perfect and each had its own bathroom (the giant two headed shower in the upstairs bedroom was great). The 2nd floor location was nice (no noise from "upstairs"). The WiFi worked perfectly and the carpets were clean (others commented to the contrary in earlier reviews). The only minor changes would be adding a spatula (it was the only thing missing!) and room darkening window coverings in the bedrooms that allow one to sleep later in the morning. Of all the properties with Wildernest that we've enjoyed over the years, this one was the best value for the price.

The neighbors from below the unit came upstairs to tell us that the river and area in front of her unit was private property, is that right?! The carpeting was stained and not very welcoming, cat litter odor, decor and furniture very 80's. Tape recorder
deck included! On the flip side- location was awesome, nice view and soothing sounds from the creek and unit was spacious...only wished they had a Sofa-bed. -

Excellent location with great view of the river. Condo was a bit outdated and worn but very clean. The only problem we encountered was the internet connection which did not work the entire weekend.

Pro- Nice place. nice view.
Con- I could not get the internet to work. I am an IT pro so I know what I am doing. I bounce the Comcast modem, but it did not work. I was able to connect to modem but not to the internet -

All and all, a great experience due to the location of the property and the reason we were in town (Frisco BBQ Days). The following couple things were minor but inconveniences none the less. (1) wi-fi didn't work. We could connect to the wi-fi network, but no Internet Access. We didn't want to deal with the hassel of fixing so we didn't call to ask to have fixed.
(2) one of the oven burners didn't work
(3) signs in the apartment to self-clean when Wildernest didn't tell us anything about this. FYI - We split the difference as we were unsure what was expected of us and not wanting to make phone calls to an office that was closed on Sunday when we checked out.
