DenverVery impressed, great stay!

I found this gem of a condo from Tripadvisor. I knew I wanted to rent a condo in Frisco, but I had only booked with big vacation rental companies in the past. Like the other reviews, I was a little apprehensive about dealing with an independent owner, but Jerry was great! I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Everything about the place was awesome, specifically:
- Fully stocked. The place had everything from red wine stain remover, laundry detergent, to board games and playing cards. I brought a lot of misc things with us for our stay: aluminum foil, coffee filters, sandwich bags, paper towels, etc., but there was no need. The kitchen had all the basics, and so much more.
- 6th floor, unobstructed views. They are absolutely amazing. Standing in front of the wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor windows in the living room makes you feel like you're on top of the world. I made sure I woke up early enough to see the incredible sunrises.
- Jerry was very pleasant to deal with. I was very impressed with my first time booking though an independent owner. Everything from the initial arrangements to checking out, went perfectly.
- The convenience of Frisco. If your trip involves skiing, or just adventuring in the mountains, Frisco is a great centrally-located place to stay. The condo is within 30 minutes of five different resorts/ski areas. Having a Safeway and Walmart right across the street was really nice; we were able to grab groceries and the little things we forgot to bring.
If you're lucky enough to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Lafayette, COA real find in the Colorado mountains.

This condo has everything -- location, amenities, views, secure in-building parking, linens, kitchenware, and space, lots of space. We stayed here last summer for a month and enjoyed every minute. It's close to Frisco and several other mountain towns. It's easy to get to from the intersate, and there are many good restaurants within easy walking distance. This unit is the nicest we have found in our 40 years in Colorado. We hesitate to share our secret, but really hope others have a similar opportunity to enjoy this great condo.

Orange, CASensational view, magnificent condo!

I found the listing on Craigslist and though a little apprehensive at first, after reading some Craigslist horror stories, one conversation with Jerry LaChance and I knew we made the right decision! He was always very responsive and accommodating. The condo was very spacious, comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Though there is an elevator to the top floor, stair-climbing became a race with the grandkids!!! The living room sofa bed was very comfortable - my daughter loved waking up to the sunrise over the lake. Pictures do not do this condo or the view justice - need to experience it! Just 10 minutes to Breckenridge and 5 minutes to the great town of Frisco
We tried to book again over the Christmas holiday but unfortunately we were not able to stay for 7 nights, however, we hope to be back in the late spring or early summer!!! . -

I rented this condo during the 2011-2012 ski season and then stayed a few weeks over the summer. I cannot tell you how wonderful this place is. It is spacious, clean, great location..but the views are indescribable. Plus the owners are wonderful. I highly recommend staying here!

We stumbled across this condo unexpectedly on Craigslist. We often go to Estes since we love the area. But this condo in Frisco has jumped to the top of our list for a large number of reasons:
-- The space is incredible. For the cost of a normal hotel room, you get the square footage of a comfortable home. The rooms are all large. And even with bigger, more comfortable furniture, there is a lot of space.
-- The unit is on the sixth floor which is optimal for viewing the lake. Plus, it's on the corner, so you get not only the east view, but you get a south view since there are windows on that side too.
-- Cell and internet are stellar. That's my biggest issue with Estes. Our favorite place is about a mile off the grid. While that's ideal sometimes, the option of connectivity is nice. I work in SW development and have some required weekend work. Not ideal, but this condo could allow me to work for an hour here and there while the family hooks up the bike trailer for a zip around the lake.
-- It's close enough to walk to a number of restaurants which makes enjoying a margarita worry-free. Or, the grocery store is also walkable if you want to cook-in. Btw, the kitchen is full-size with a nice collection of plates and etc. It's not your typical mish-mash of cheapo plates and glassware.
-- It's right on I-70, so you can zip to Copper, Breck, or even up to Vail or Steamboat for a day trip. We love looking at aspens, so it's a location that allows us to go in many directions to hunt for the gold.
-- My wife said, "Wow. I love this place". She said that totally unsolicited, and after her skeptical mind had doubted my craigslist search.
I'll be coming back again and again and...
